To enhance your level of comfort, Richmond Centre uses fully uniformed security professionals to patrol the interior and exterior of the mall 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and has incorporated the use of CCTV to record activity on the property.
Customers are encouraged to contact any one of our security team members with any questions, concerns, or if in need of assistance (i.e. safety/security escorts, help to locate lost vehicles or first aid needs).

Parking
To ensure you can find a parking spot when shopping at Richmond Centre, parking is for the exclusive use of customers only. Please note if you park at Richmond Centre and leave the lot without your vehicle or exceed the 3 hour maximum stay, it is subject to immediate removal at the vehicle owner's expense. In the event that your car may have been towed, please contact security at 604 273-2767 or Rusty's Towing at 604 273-1645.
