Richmond Centre offers many convenient services to make your shopping trip more enjoyable! Customer Care is located in the food court close to the Famous Players Movie Theatres. Security
Richmond Centre is committed to providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping environment by providing 24-hour professional security services.
To enhance your level of comfort, Richmond Centre uses fully uniformed Security professionals to patrol the interior and exterior of the mall 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and has incorporated the use of CCTV to record activity on the property. Customers are encouraged to contact any one of our security team members with any questions, concerns, or if in need of assistance (i.e. assistance with large packages, safety/security escorts or help to locate lost vehicles.) Our Security professionals can be reached to handle any emergency, by calling 604-273-2767 or by using one of our free direct dial payphones located throughout the shopping centre.

We are pleased to offer complimentary diapers and baby wipes for those who have forgotten to pack them for your trip to the mall.
Borrow a Stroller, Wheelchair or Walker
Based on a first come, first served basis, we have available car strollers for the kids, infant strollers for the little one, double strollers for two children, and a stroller that holds your car seat. Picture ID is required for all loaners.
Cathay Pacific Play Area
A fun play area has landed at Richmond Centre, featuring a soft Cathay Pacific plane, perfect for kids to climb and play on. The area, which measures 3.97 by 8.65 metres, is open free-of-charge to all children under 42 inches (106.7cm). The Cathay Pacific Play Area is located in the north side of Richmond Centre at the Second Cup Court.
Please note that this is an unsupervised area so please pay close attention to the Rules_of_Play.pdf while visiting the Cathay Pacific Play Area. This will ensure a fun and safe experience for all.
Coat and Parcel Check
Is your load getting to heavy? For a donation to our monthly charity we would be happy to store your coats and/or parcels while you shop.

Customer Care is your source for information about job opportunities in the shopping centre. Peruse our Job Postings binder for a listing of openings in the centre or leave your resume with us and we will make it available to all our merchants.
Gift Wrapping
For a reasonable fee, our staff will beautifully wrap your gift.

The shop! card is available in denominations from $10 to $500* and customers can check their remaining balances via our website, by phone or at our Customer Care Centre.
- The shop! card is a great gift giving idea and can be redeemed for just about anything at most retail outlets in Richmond Centre.
- Every shop! card will be presented in it’s own attractive cardholder with our compliments.It’s an added touch when giving someone such a thoughtful gift.
*For each card purchased, a processing fee of $1.50 will be charged. Bulk rates available.

The Customer Care Centre is now selling FareCards, FareSaver Books and Day Passes for Bus, SkyTrain and SeaBus Fares. Please see Customer Care for details. This is a cash only service.
