Looking for the perfect gift? Give your family and friends the gifts they've always wanted. Thoughtful, tasteful and simple, the shop! card gift card lets people go on a spending spree at any of our participating stores (PDF). Visit our Customer Care Centre to purchase a card today.
Strollers, Wheelchairs & Walkers
To make your way around the mall a little easier, we offer loan of infant strollers, fun car strollers, double strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. This service is offered free of charge, however we encourage a $1 donation that will go to a local children’s charity. Picture ID is required for all loans, however once you have registered with us all you need to do is provide your phone number making the process very quick and easy. Please note availability is based on a first come first served basis.
Emergency Baby Supplies
For those who have forgotten to pack extra diapers for your little one, and those who thought that they had brought enough for the trip to the mall, we are pleased to offer complimentary diapers and baby wipes.
Coat and Parcel Check
Is your load getting too heavy? For a donation to our monthly charity we are happy to store your coats and/or parcels while you shop.
Gift Wrapping
Found the perfect gift? For a reasonable fee, our staff will beautifully wrap it for you and you will be ready to go.
Lost and Found
If at any time during a visit to Richmond Centre you discover that you have lost/misplaced something, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing item.
