We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our IRIS sales team at Richmond Centre FOR PART TIME AND FULL TIME positions. As an associate at IRIS , you will be responsible for educating customers about sunglass and eyewear choices as well as assist with lens choices. The associate would also assist the Dr. of Optometry with some pretesting of patients . Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and a strong interest in fashion as well as an interest in the optometry field. Responsibilities and Duties: • Meet and exceed sales goals • Top notch customer service • Excellent communication skills • Strong team player • Developing and maintaining a sound, long term customer base • Participate in merchandising • Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures • Constantly update product and sales knowledge • Maintain the visual appeal of your store • Conduct oneself in a professional manner Qualifications: • Fashion or optical sales experience • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • Motivated and committed to driving sales • English fluency a must.
